CBCT-based digital planning and a 3D printed guide direct the implant along a trajectory that traverses the sinus while the membrane is protected/elevated, with graft/PRF as needed, until the implant anchors in dense nasal-crest or anterior bone; often integrated into same-day full-arch protocols.
