3D-Printed Surgical Guides
The digital surgical plan is 3D printed into a custom guide that seats over the patient's teeth or gums and directs each implant to its planned position, angle, and depth with sub-millimeter accuracy — making surgery faster, safer, and frequently flapless.
How it works
The CBCT volume and the intraoral scan are merged into one planning file, implants are positioned virtually against bone volume and the future restoration, and that plan is exported as a guide with metal sleeves at each site. The printed guide only seats one way, so every drill follows the planned trajectory and stops at the planned depth.
What it means for patients
Guided placement keeps implants away from nerves, sinuses, and adjacent roots, and it often removes the need to lift the gum at all — which means less bleeding, less swelling, fewer or no sutures, and a quicker recovery. Because the position is decided before surgery begins, chair time is shorter and the final restoration fits the plan it was designed around.
